SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • SHIPPING: 

 

Please allow 2-3 business days, for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. D.ELLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.


  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We do not ship international at this time.

 

  • RETURNS: 
  • ALL VINTAGE IS NON REFUNDABLE AND SOLD AS IS

Returns are accepted up to 21 days from the stamped date - if the item is in the original condition with D.Elle hang tag attached and has no sign of visible wear. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, No Visible signs of wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Any packing slip marked with the Final Sale stamp is Final Sale no exceptions. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, D.Elle is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments,  we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 

  • EXCHANGES: 

To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for your needed item. 

  • STORE CREDIT: 
At this time we do not issue store credit.
